Sprint Course: Optimising Project Performance in 2021-27

Your entity has just been awarded a project and you are now a Beneficiary.

You are an officer at the MA, IB, certifying/paying/accounting body and you are now in charge of following the implementation of tens of newly-approved projects.

You are an auditor preparing to audit systems, operations and accounts for shared management funds in 2021-27

Whatever your role, here is the course that provides the essentials of project management in 2021-27. It aims to bring together all the most important aspects relating to the implementation of ERDF, CF, ESF+, JTF, EMFAF, ISF, AMIF and BMVI projects, with special attention given to public procurement, payments, simplified cost options, risk-based management verifications, audit trail and horizontal priorities.

It is called a “sprint course” for the simple reason it is designed to sneak nicely into your busy schedules. Yet, it falls nothing short of the experiences usually enjoyed in our longer courses. The course will be held in two different ERDF-funded locations around the Grand Harbour (Valletta and Vittoriosa), complemented by dinner at Mdina to top off a fine combination of in-class sessions and cultural and historical site-seeing, all within the context of EU-funding.
