Description
A Programme of EU funding holds a lot of prospect and ambition. But it is not easy to pull through without the right resources and skills. From calls for proposals, down to project selection, implementation, payment and closure, management needs to fulfil many tasks, smartly and responsibly.
The first part of this course aims to give public officers a “toolkit” with all the necessary knowledge and skills for the effective management of ESIF, EMFAF, ISF, AMIF, BMVI and RRP. It covers a multitude of topics – project selection, public procurement, simplified cost options, eligibility, financial instruments, accounts, data management, publicity and horizontal priorities.
The second part focuses on the prevailing features of audit and management verifications in 2021-27, results and trends from the latest audits and controls, and the novel aspects of risk-based verifications and internal auditing.
