Description
A course designed to address critical challenges related to fraud, corruption, conflict of interest, and double-funding within the context of EU-funded programmes. We will discuss the latest advanced methodologies and practical tools necessary for identifying and mitigating irregularities associated with the European Structural and Investment Funds, the Home Affairs Funds and the Recovery and Resilience Facility.
Throughout this workshop, participants will engage in specialised sessions exploring the detection of serious irregularities, understanding their implications for the EU budget, and analysing recent case studies. Key discussions will include fraud, corruption and conflict of interest scenarios, error rate calculations, and preventative measures against double-funding.
Participants will benefit from expert-led workshops and collaborative discussions aimed at sharing best practices and experiences from various Member States.
