Closure 2014-20 & Rolling out 2021-27: Mastering the Essentials

The current year is critical. The 2014-20 Programmes are ending and, at the same time, Managing Authorities and Intermediate Bodies are rolling out the first calls for proposals under the newly approved 2021-27 Programmes (not to mention ongoing RRPs!). In this familiar scenario of overlapping implementation, it is easy to get overwhelmed by the amount of information to digest and apply.

This course brings together the two realities. In the first part we address all the important features relating to the Closure of the 2014-20 Programmes, going through financial and performance management aspects which are essential for satisfactory conclusion. The second part then moves on to discuss some of the most delicate aspects in the early stages of 2021-27 Programme implementation, including project selection, eligibility, payments, control and audit.
