Description

This dynamic training course is designed for public officers involved in managing and controlling EU-funded projects. Built on the report of the High-level Working Group on the Future of Cohesion Policy (EC, 2024), it aims to equip participants with practical strategies and tools to streamline administrative procedures, reduce bureaucratic hurdles, and accelerate project implementation in times of conitnuous change.

Through interactive sessions, real-world case studies, and hands-on workshops, attendees will explore the principles of administrative simplification, identify existing bottlenecks, and learn how to leverage legal frameworks and digital solutions for greater efficiency. The course also emphasizes stakeholder engagement and change management techniques to foster a culture of continuous improvement within their organizations. Participants will develop tailored action plans to implement the reforms effectively and set up monitoring mechanisms to evaluate progress.

By the end of the training, public officers will gain insights into best practices and innovative approaches…
