This event aims to deliver simplicity. Simple solutions to common day-to-day problems we encounter in the management of our programmes, with special attention to Technical Assistance and its role in keeping the system well-oiled with skilled, competent and satisfied staff. Standing on twenty years’ experience in the management of technical assistance programmes in Poland, key experts Urszula Wójcik and Maciej Aulak will lead discussions on simplified practices to optimise the implementation of programmes, the payment processes, audit trail maintenance, and programme publicity, and address the sensitive issue of staff recruitment and retention.
